Jane Austen: from early works to Mansfield Park

This course will examine the context from which Jane Austen's work emerged and the influences which formed her writing. Focusing on Northanger Abbey, Sense and Sensibility and Mansfield Park, we will explore the novels' discussion of morality, marriage and money. This is a 10-session course and must be taken with W310Am01 in Week 3.
