Coaching: a catalyst for leadership and organisational change
In today’s complex and fast-moving world, leadership is no longer about having all the answers. It’s about asking the right questions, listening deeply, and empowering others to grow. That’s where coaching comes in.
Whether you’re leading a team, running your own consultancy, or supporting clients through change, coaching is a powerful tool for transformation. It sharpens your ability to reflect, connect, and lead with purpose.
University of Cambridge Professional and Continuing Education’s MSt in Coaching is designed for professionals like you: experienced, ambitious, and ready to take your coaching and leadership to the next level.
Why PACE?
At PACE, we believe coaching is both an art and a science. That’s why our MSt in Coaching combines academic rigour with real-world relevance.

This is not just a professional coaching course, it’s a transformative learning experience. One that equips you to lead with clarity, coach with confidence, and influence positive change in your organisation and beyond.
And with the University of Cambridge, you’ll be part of a world-class learning community that values curiosity, collaboration, and lifelong learning.
